I have lots of photos for you so let's get started :)

01/12 - I am in super baby mode !!! My next door neighbour gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy this afternoon and I decorated the front garden (together with DH) with lots of blue !!!



01/13 - The stork in our front garden to let everyone know in the neighbourhood that Kris has been born.



01/14 - The card to announce the birth of the son of our neighbours. So cute :) !



01/15 - This is a little part of our livingroom. I want to change the livingroom (new couch, new colors) but DH isnt convinced yet. Still got a few months to convince him ! :)



01/16 - I went shopping to the cutest babystore we have here in The Netherlands. The store is called 'Lief!' (which means sweet) and luckily they are very expensive otherwise I would've bought all the items in the store !! haha



01/17 - My son Jasper was home late from going out to dinner saturday evening and had to get up early to go swimming on sundaymorning so I wasnt surprised he fell asleep in the afternoon. Finally a photo without him looking goofy :)



01/18 - I see this login screen way too often ! :)



01/19 - I bought some donuts this morning and I can only say that they look delicious. I havent tried them yet but I know I will as soon as I have posted this message to my blog !!

I made a huge mistake today. I took a photo with bad lighting. The rose in the photo is red ! Yes, red but with bad lighting it turned out pink/fuchsia. My apologies. I will probably post another photo of the gorgeous flowers my husband gave me tomorrow :)

Today was a day for snowfun here in The Netherlands. We got lots of fresh snow during the day and it was decided to make an iglo. I'm game. I always take photos and this is a great chance to get a nice photo of my son (or so I thought !! haha). As soon as my son spots me with a camera his mood changes. He hates having his photo taken and lets me know. I just browsed through all the photos I took today and this photo was the best photo of my son :) haha


I guess (hope !!) that this is normal behavious for a 6 year old boy ???? I just wonder if my son will keep behaving like this whenever he sees me with a camera.

I've spend the last two nights sleeping on the couch. Don't worry, I am not having marital problems but I am having problems with my chronic illness. I find that I sleep better on the couch when my achalasia bothers me. Not that I get a lot of sleep on the couch. haha I tend to watch tv till 2 in the morning and then fall asleep. I have to wake up at 6.45 so those are short nights. Anyway, since I sleep on the couch from time to time I decided to have a pillow & duvet in the closet downstairs. That gave me an excuse to shop for a cutie duvet cover and I got a very girly one :) I'm the only one who uses it so no complains from DH about a pink-ish duvet cover.

I love taking photos outside.........even when it's freezing. It is a bit too cold to venture out into the woods which are just 5 minutes away from our house so I decided to make some photos in front of our house. I love taking photos when there is snow but there isnt a lot of snow in this photo. The orange berries really stand out though.
